In ActivePresenter, choose Publish uLearn LMS.

Sign in to your learning center, or reuse an existing connection.

Pick where it goes
Choose the learning center and the library, course, section or lesson to publish to.

Publish and check
ActivePresenter sends the package and shows the result. Open uLearnBox to preview the material or continue setting up the course.
