For training centers and teachers who teach the public. Learners use one uLearnBox account and join by link, code or QR.

What is an active learner?
A learner who signs in or studies during the month. Learners who signed up but did not study, and suspended accounts, are not counted.
What happens if we go over a limit?
You are warned at 80% and 100%. Learners who are studying are never blocked. If you stay over the limit, add an add-on or move up a plan; on the Free plan, uploading new content and opening new classes pause until you upgrade.
How is bandwidth counted?
Bandwidth is the content learners download while they study, mostly videos and SCORM lessons. Your usage is shown in your admin screens. Long videos can be embedded from YouTube or Vimeo so they do not count.
What is the difference between a public and an organization learning center?
A public learning center serves learners from the public, who use one uLearnBox account across the public centers they join. An organization learning center has its own private sign-in and address, and its members are never listed publicly. The type is chosen when the center is created and cannot be changed later. Every plan works with both.
Can uLearnBox be installed on-premise?
Yes. The Enterprise plan can run on dedicated infrastructure or on your organization's own servers. Talk to our sales team for advice and a quote.
Do we lose data if we move to a smaller plan?
No. Courses, learning results and certificates are kept. If your data is over the new plan's limits you can still see it; only new uploads pause.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes. Learners in every plan can use the native iOS and Android apps.
